1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between aq1111 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the aq1111 website located at aq1111.app and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features available therein.

By creating an account on aq1111, by logging in to an existing account, by placing any wager, by making any deposit or withdrawal, or by accessing any game or content on the platform, you confirm that:

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Requirements

Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of closure. aq1111 is under no obligation to return funds to an account found to have been registered with fraudulent information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aq1111 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. aq1111 will treat any activity conducted using your login credentials as having been authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify aq1111 support immediately via live chat, WhatsApp at +880 1700 000 111, or email at [email protected]. aq1111 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

3.3 Account Currency

All aq1111 accounts for players in Bangladesh are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are displayed and processed in BDT. aq1111 does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions processed via supported local payment methods.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if the player has not logged in for a continuous period of 12 months. aq1111 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 to inactive accounts, deducted from the account balance, after providing the player with prior written notice to their registered email address. If the account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players may reactivate their account at any time by contacting support.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

8. Account Closure and Termination

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account — whether by the player or by aq1111 — all access to the platform and its services will cease. Any active bets placed prior to termination will be settled according to standard rules and the resulting balance processed accordingly. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including provisions relating to fraud, prohibited conduct, data retention, and dispute resolution — shall continue in full force and effect after account closure.
